Ousia

Sunset

Lavender seas at dusk,

an apricot setting sun,

the world cradled in spider legs

asleep in a filmy cloud of silk.

Ousia born ballooning on a gossamer strand,

kiting “across a universe divine”.

tamping egg sacs across the space,

She spins the sticky clouds

and stirs the water with her leg and claw,

She is ousia undone.
